Coming out of California, Jay Shuirman, Rich Novak and Doug Haut with artist Jim Phillips in tow, who created the iconic screaming hand logo, came together to bring us Santa Cruz. Due to its steep heritage, Santa Cruz has remained consistent through the years and up to the present day.
